“SAMVAD” is a double blind peer-reviewed research journal of SIBM Pune, with p-ISSN 2249-1880, and e-ISSN 2348-5329. “SAMVAD” means a dialogue. It is an endeavor that builds a symbiotic relationship between research and practice in Management domain. SIBM invites academicians, management professionals and students to participate in the dialogue which will contribute towards shaping management thinking in the country.
Since 2010, SAMVAD has a view of sharing information and providing a platform for discussion with the widest possible audience. It has an interdisciplinary approach focusing on the issues relevant in contemporary world. It serves as a forum for review, reflection and discussion about the recent and ongoing research.
The Journal aims to provide a highly readable and valuable addition to the literature which will serve as an indispensable reference tool for years to come.
