Storage Stability of Fortified Sweet Lime (Citrus sinensis) Squash and its Supplementary Effect on the Physical Endurance of Athletes

Citrus fruits have long been valued as port of a nutritious and tasty diet. The flavours provided by citrus are among the most preferred in the world and it is well established that citrus and its products are rich sources of vitamin C and other essential nutrients, including both glycaemic and non-glycaemic carbohydrates. Similarly citrus juices are among the most universally accepted and desirable foods throughout the world, both natural and synthetic citrus flavoured products enjoy widespread popularity. They are more effective than medicine and the body is able to absorb 95 per cent of the substances contained in juices such as vitamins, minerals and enzymes required by the body; purifies blood, cast out toxic elements accumulated in the cell by the body.
