Breast Feeding and Human Milk : a Review of some Aspects

Breast feeding was considered essential for new borns with no alternative to it; when nursing mothers died, infants were fed by other mothers. The first world war saw the beginning of food technology which became a speciality by the time the second world war had ended. Food technology brought about a revolution in infant feeding practices in developed countries.
