Subscribe/Renew Journal
"Shakahar" is comprised of two words "Shak" and "Ahar" the meaning of which is "Vegetarian Diet". Shakahar has a distinct and important place in the Indian culinary practices. This is primarily because India has a very congenial climate for the growth of vegetation and that too in abundance. The abundance makes it cheaper too, to suit the Indian economic conditions.
