Food Consumption and Dietary Levels of Households in Alaska

This report presents findings of the food consumption and dietary levels of 991 urban housekeeping households surveyed in Alaska in the winter of 1978 on the money value, quantity and nutritive value of food used at home and on expenditure for food away from home.
