Feeding Value of Shrimp Shell Powder (Prawn Waste) for Broiler Chicks

As an export earner, frozen shrimp is the most important marine product in India and she has been ranked as the second major shrimp exporting country in the world. The Marine Products Export Development Authority revealed that the total export of sea-foods during 1976 was 62,151 tonnes earning 179.9 crores of rupees worth foreign exchange. With a coastline of 600 km and 4000 hectares of land suitable for artificial rearing of shrimp, Kerala is first among the states in the production of sea-foods.
