Fifth International Congress of Food Science and Technology

The Fifth International Congress of Food Science and Technology, sponsored by the International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST), will be held at the Kyoto International Conference Hall in Kyoto, Japan, from 17 to 22 September, 1978. The 1978 Kyoto Congress will be designed to promote international exchange of ideas and experience in those scientific disciplines and technology, to encompass and call public attention to major progress made in the field of food science and technology and to provide opportunity to meet, exchange ideas, obtain stimulation for future work.
