Air Quality in Selected Urban Areas 1973 - 1974

For some years the World Health Organization has been conducting an air quality monitoring project with two main aims: to collaborate with its member states in establishing and developing air monitoring systems to protect health, and to promote the international exchange of information on levels and trends of air pollution and the use of uniform methods for assessing air quality and improving quality standards.
