National Institute of Nutrition Hyderabad

This report on a decade of progress of the National Institute of Nutrition bears testimony to the outstanding contributions made by the Institute in the field of nutrition. Dr. Candau, the Director General of the World Health Organization, rightly expressed during the inauguration of the scientific sessions of the Golden Jubilee celebrations of the National Institute of Nutrition, that, "To a considerable extent, WHO'S commitments in the field of nutrition are a replica of those of the Institute, but on a large world-wide scale".
