Visual Aids in Nutrition Education

The author has written this manual as a practical guide to the selection and preparation of audio-visual aids for use in nutrition education programmes. He was a health educator in Kenya for many years and has learned by experience the relative effectiveness of different types of audio visual aids. In this manual he concentrates mainly on visual aids such as pictures, posters, charts, photographs, booklets and pamphlets which employ the sense of sight.
