Abstract
Ill effects of mulnutrition during pregnancy are well recognised. It can be avoided by adequate intake of nourishing food. Dietary habits differ from culture to culture and custom to custom. The present paper highlights some aspects of the dietary pattern of pregnant women of an urban slum area of Nagpur city.
