Reproductive Performance of Expectant Mothers
Subscribe/Renew Journal
There are three important population groups who suffer from the ill effects of malnutrition. These vulnerable segments are preschool children, expectant mothers and nursing mothers. The diet of a mother during pregnancy is one of the most important factors in achieving a successful outcome of pregnancy in terms of a healthy baby and maintenance of her own health. The present study aimed at studying the reproductive performance of expectant mothers as related to their income and diet.
