Evaluation of Certain Food Additives and Contaminants

At its twenty second meeting, the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives revised the specifications of 18 substances, including enzymes, colours, and miscellaneous additives; prepared tentative specifications for 14 other substances; and developed new specifications for six additional enzymes.
