Vitamin Nutritional Status of Women Using Oral Contraceptive Pills

The use of oral contraceptive agents (OC) has been reported to be associated with a number of metabolic changes. Biochemical changes suggestive of altered nutritional status with regard to several vitamins such as pyridoxine, folic acid, ascorbic acid, vitamin B12 and vitamin A have been reported among women who use contraceptive agents.
