Leaf Protein for Human Use in Africa

The recent famine that struck the Sahelian zone of sub-Sahara, Africa and, according to one estimate, killed 100,000 people and made seven million others dependent on international food relief, has brought into sharp focus the problems of food and nutrition in Africa.
