Proceedings SOS/70 Third International Congress of Food Science and Technology

This volume is an outcome of the concerted and considered efforts of Food Technologists all over the world who had participated in the Third International Congress of Food Science and Technology in 1970. The theme as suited to the world today has been "Science of Survival" namely 'SOS/70' far short. Papers, talks and discussion have all been geared towards this goal.
