Nutrition and its Disorders

This book evolved out of a decade of teaching preclinical, clinical, and postgraduate students at the American University of Beirut. It is particularly well adapted to use in schools and universities in developing countries on account of the extensive coverage of specific nutritional situations and problems in such countries.
