Report of the IX International Congress of Nutrition Held in Mexico City, Mexico - September 3 to September 9, 1972

The Ninth International Congress of Nutrition was held at Mexico City, Mexico from September 3 to September 9, 1972. The Congress was held under the auspices of the International Union of Nutritional Sciences, the Nutrition Society of Mexico and the Government of Mexico. Apart from the various national (Mexican) governmental sponsors such as the National Institute of Nutrition, Mexico, numerous international organisations such as the United Nation's Children's Fund (UNICEF), National Institute of Health (NIH-NICHD), the American Institute of Nutrition, the Research Corporation of USA, the British Nutrition Foundation and the Nestle Foundation supported the Conference.
