Obituary

The sudden demise of Padubidri Subbaraya Sarma, Professor of Biochemistry, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, on 8th September, 1970 at Interlaken, Switzerland where he had gone to attend the VIII International Congress of Biochemistry, has plunged scientists, especially, the biochemists and nutritionists all over India and abroad, into unbearable grief.
