The Symposium has been sponsored by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, New Delhi, in co-operation with the National Institutes of Health, U. S. A, and the Association of Food Technologists, India. International agencies like FAO, WHO and UNICEF are being invited to participate in it as co-sponsors.
