In recent years Outcome Based Education (OBE) has become the focal point in the Indian Higher education system. The National accrediting agency, such as NBA and NAAC expresses the significance of assessing the program outcomes. This paper discusses assessing program outcomes through students' co-curricular activities such as paper and project presentations and internships/industrial projects. The proposed method gives an in-view of the rubrics-based measurement of program outcomes PO1-PO12, PSO1&2 mapped with students' co-curricular activities. The outcome-based assessment of program outcomes will be beneficial in advancing higher education in India.
